How to Participate in the Jazz Auction

The most exciting way to participate in the auction is to attend the live event at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City. There will be several days of previews before the event as well. If you are unable to attend in person Guernsey's will be accepting absentee bids.

To Attend the Preview

The artifacts will be available for preview on February 18-19, 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. At Jazz at Lincoln Center's new home Frederick P. Rose Hall on Broadway at 60th Street in New York City. Purchase of a catalogue is required for the preview and will admit two. Catalogues can be ordered on-line in advance or purchased at the door.

To Attend the Auction

The auction itself will take place in the Allen Room which has a limited seating capacity. We anticipate keen interest in this event and attendence may be limited to registered bidders only.

To Register for the Auction

If you wish to bid at the event, you will need to download a bidder agreement form. (Forms are also included in the catalogue or we would be happy to fax or mail one to you.) Forms completed and returned before Wednesday, February 16 will be pre-registered. Forms recieved after that will need to register at the door.
