Absentee Bidding

While nothing compares to the excitement of attending a live auction, we understand there may be circumstances where you may need to bid absentee. Guernsey's will be accepting both mail and phone bids for the Jazz Auction. Follow these steps.

1. You will most likely need to order a catalogue to know which lots interest you.
2. Download, complete, and sign a Bidder Agreement and Absentee Bid form. (Both forms are included in this approximate 120k download.) If you have difficulties with the download we can fax or mail forms to you. They are also included with the catalogue if you have order one.
3. On the Absentee Bid Form be sure to indicate if you wish to bid by Mail or Phone.
   • If you plan to bid by mail indicate your maximum bid amounts on the form. You will be contacted shortly after the event if you have won any lots.
   • If you plan to bid by phone please return the form as soon as possible. Lines are limited and this will help us make arrangements. Additionally we encourage you to also include maximum bid amounts. In the rare occasion where we are unable to reach you, we would still be able to execute bidding on your behalf.
4. Return the completed forms to us either by fax or mail.
